Digital Finance - Analytics & Visualisation

The client we are working with has a number of career opportunities for people with experience of Finance Performance Management projects. These are challenging and fulfilling opportunities with the potential to develop your range of skills significantly. Helping companies utilise their valuable data resources through effective use of the right technology, backed by a clear vision and strong executive sponsorship to influence finance strategy and operations, information strategy, business intelligence and performance management.

Duties will include:

  • Finance Performance Management and Analytics
  • Designing and implementing reporting and analytics solutions across the finance function
  • Developing strategies and plans for financial reporting and analytics solutions
  • Leading end-user report and data visualisation development, from requirements gathering to design, build, test and deployment
  • Providing quality advice based on experience and leading industry practice
  • Project management

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior consulting experience in finance performance management, or significant roles in large scale finance reporting transformation projects in industry is essential.
  • Typically qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or other accounting qualification, and a strong academic record.
  • Finance analytics design and implementation experience highly desirable: PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical.
  • Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen.
