Director of Infrastructure

A leading financial and corporate advisory firm is seeking a Director to join its Infrastructure Consulting team in Dublin. This is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team advising on landmark projects across energy, transport, and social infrastructure sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives across infrastructure sectors, expanding the firm's presence in Europe.
• Leverage strong existing client and industry relationships to originate and secure new mandates, partnerships, and investment opportunities
• Oversee project structuring and capital raising activities (equity and debt) for major infrastructure and M&A projects.
• Provide strategic and financial advisory support to clients across the energy, utilities, transport, and social infrastructure sectors.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client engagements as a senior ambassador.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across offices to deliver integrated advisory solutions.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in corporate finance, infrastructure investment, ideally with exposure to public sector, energy, transport, or social infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to originate business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong technical experience in financial modelling, structuring, and complex transaction management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing and supporting junior team members.
