About the Role

My client are a global group who are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead their enterprise‑wide Sage Intacct ERP implementation, scheduled for go‑live in Q2. This is a pivotal role overseeing the delivery of a major transformation programme, working closely with the Head of Finance and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end global ERP implementation with a focus on Sage Intacct.
  • Drive delivery to meet a confirmed Q2 go‑live timeline.
  • Manage and oversee an external third‑party implementation partner, ensuring quality, accountability, and alignment with programme outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance, acting as the primary programme lead.
  • Collaborate with an internal technical resources to ensure seamless technical and process alignment.
  • Provide clear governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple agencies globally.
  • Ensure effective adoption, integration, and realisation of benefits across the group.

Requirements

  • Strong, hands‑on experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations (Sage Intacct experience highly beneficial).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage third‑party partners within complex environments.
  • Background working in multi-entity or multi-brand organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly within Finance teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive delivery at pace.
  • Strong planning, governance, and change management capability.
