We are working with a well-known and respected education provider, owner of multple schools in different jurisdictions, who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work in their Manchester Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a growing business that strives for excellence. You will be reporting into the CFO and be based at their office in Manchester at least 3 days a week. The working hours are 9-5.15, however the company is offering a flexible hours arrangement, should you require this.
At first, you will be responsbile for clearing up the data room, ensuring all documents are in the correct folder on the system, whilst also assisting with locating documents for due-dilligence purposes. You will also be involved in supporting projects, arranging meetings and taking minutes.
You must come from a legal background and have some legal experience. This role would be perfect for a Legal Secretary/Assistant or Paralegal with prior experience.
The right candidate will be aware of what legal documents look like specifically:
- Company House Filings
- Leases
- New Company Information
- Articles of Association
- Confirmation Statements
