Start your job searchA global alternative asset manager is looking for a finance professional to join their fund finance team.
The role sits in their Product Structuring Team, where you will be seen as the go-to individual for management of the fund structuring projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable established firm where you will be completing complex varied tasks.
Specifically, you will be:
- Assisting with the structuring, documentation, financial modelling and implementation of new and existing funds, across UCITS and AIFs
- Review of fund documentation for new funds and existing funds
- Project management of workflows around new fund establishment updates and transitions
- Assisting with the ongoing product lifecycle of funds
- Maintaining and understanding regulatory framework, proactively considering efficient responses to change requirements
- Building strong relationships with Product Specialists, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Investment and Finance Team
- Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required
The salary on offer is in the region of £55,000 with attractive benefits and bonuses.The ideal candidate will be any intelligent recently qualified ACA from an accountancy practice, fund administration or other relevant experience, with an interest in the space.
