Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator for a 6 month fixed term contract, based in Chesterfield.

The purpose of the Finance Administrator role is to assist the Finance Manager with the following;

• Performing office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, handling communications with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors via phone, email
• Inputting and processing basic transactions such as purchase and sales invoices
• Processing, and assisting the monitoring, reporting and controlling of timesheets
• Providing support to the Finance Team as and when required
• Assisting with queries

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience working within an administrative department and using software, such as MS Office, use of basic accounting/timesheet software would be a useful prerequisite.
• Strong attention to detail, with a professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Experience in working in a busy and time-pressured environment

£25,000 full time equivalent salary

A 6 month fixed term contract

Monday to Friday - hybrid working available

25 days of annual leave prorata (plus bank holidays)
