Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator for a 6 month fixed term contract, based in Chesterfield.
The purpose of the Finance Administrator role is to assist the Finance Manager with the following;
- Performing office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, handling communications with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors via phone, email
- Inputting and processing basic transactions such as purchase and sales invoices
- Processing, and assisting the monitoring, reporting and controlling of timesheets
- Providing support to the Finance Team as and when required
- Assisting with queries
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience working within an administrative department and using software, such as MS Office, use of basic accounting/timesheet software would be a useful prerequisite.
- Strong attention to detail, with a professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Experience in working in a busy and time-pressured environment
They offer:
£25,000 full time equivalent salary
A 6 month fixed term contract
Monday to Friday - hybrid working available
25 days of annual leave prorata (plus bank holidays)
