Seeking a Finance Assistant to join a highly respected Architecture firm based in London. Known for their unique designs, they have completed work all over the world and have offices both in the UK and internationally.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable duties for various projects including; posting invoices, acting as first point of contact for suppliers, payment runs, bank reconciliations, recharging costs on relevant projects, raising sales invoices, update the daily cash flow and help to reduce aged debt.

To qualify for this position, you will have gained at least 6 months to a year experience working in a relevant position. You'll be eager to complete your ACCA/CIMA qualification and be a proficient user of Excel. Previous use of Xero is advantageous but not essential, as is project based accounting.
