Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds Centre based service provider for the role of Finance Assistant. This role will work closely with the Management Accountant and will focus on transactional processing, whilst also assisting the Finance team with month end duties.

This role will be well suited to a candidate with 2+ years of experience working with an AP/AR role and is AAT Level 2/3 qualified. Our client will support candidates with study support if they wish to study.

Dependant on experience, our client will pay up to £28,000 and can also offer hybrid working (1/2 days a week in the office).

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Transactional postings including raising sales invoices and posting purchase invoices and bank transactions
• Expense approvals and posting
• Preparing payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising and supporting the Management Accountant to ensure the accurate and timely completion of month end tasks
