An award-winning entertainment agency based in London, New York and L.A is seeking a Finance Assistant.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Weekley Purchase invoices
  • Inputting cash receipts and allocate to invoices accurately on to the system
  • Maintaining monthly reconciliations and intercompany positions
  • Ensuring corporate credit card and cash expense claims are submitted on time by keeping in touch with relevant individuals
  • Reviewing and processing of expense claims
  • First point of contact for queries and issues relating to invoices, purchase invoices, credit cards, expenses and payments
  • Monitoring of cash positions
  • Assisting in the preparation of business analysis
  • Overall support of the wider team on administrative tasks
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement/commercial enhancement

This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in the media and entertainment industry who wants to kick-start their career in finance. The ideal candidate will have strong academics with a relevant degree and thrive in an environment where they need to take initiative. Experience in a finance role is required.
