Role and Responsibilities:
- Weekley Purchase invoices
- Inputting cash receipts and allocate to invoices accurately on to the system
- Maintaining monthly reconciliations and intercompany positions
- Ensuring corporate credit card and cash expense claims are submitted on time by keeping in touch with relevant individuals
- Reviewing and processing of expense claims
- First point of contact for queries and issues relating to invoices, purchase invoices, credit cards, expenses and payments
- Monitoring of cash positions
- Assisting in the preparation of business analysis
- Overall support of the wider team on administrative tasks
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement/commercial enhancement
This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in the media and entertainment industry who wants to kick-start their career in finance. The ideal candidate will have strong academics with a relevant degree and thrive in an environment where they need to take initiative. Experience in a finance role is required.
