Real Estate / Property firm (FTSE 100) looking for a Finance Business Analyst to work as part of their multi-year business transformation programme - specifically on their ERP project stream working on implementing a new solution across core property management and financial systems.
- Leading process, requirement and design workshops with senior stakeholders to capture key elements required
- BRDs, process mapping, gap analysis, current / future state etc.
- Assisting PMs with project management; ad-hoc BA activities
- Stakeholder managment
Requirements
- Finance background ideal - someone who has worked in a Finance BAU remit previously and moved up into a BA / change role i.e. around 3-4+ Finance BA experience
- BA experience on Finance projects / business area - ERP or Property systems implementation a plus
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Property within Finance change remit nice to have but not a requirement
- Strong stakeholder management skillset
- Finance degree or qualifications (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) ideal but not essential
- BA qualifications highly desirable e.g. CBAP, BCS, PMI-PBA, Agile etc.
