Finance Business Partner - 6-month contract

Financial Services (Banking).

Location: Hybrid - Kent

Pay Rate: £450 - £550

We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a high growth challenger bank on a 6-month contract.

The role will support senior leaders with insight, analysis and challenge to drive smarter cost management and decision-making. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while helping shape a modern cost planning and control model.

What you'll do:

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across Group functions.
  • Deliver clear, insightful monthly reports and variance analysis.
  • Improve financial processes, systems, and cost awareness across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • You must be immediately available or on a short notice period.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • 5+ years' cost accounting or management accounting or business partnering experience within Financial Services (preferably banking).
  • Strong analytical, Excel and financial systems skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
