About the Role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight and challenge to optimise decision-making. This is a highly commercial role, combining financial analysis with strategic input to support both short-term performance and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing decisions.
• Reviewing and analysing financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Leading on budgeting and forecasting, ensuring robust and agile financial plans.
• Preparing financial models and developing business cases to drive performance.
• Supporting continual improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Deputising for the Senior Finance Business Partner when required.

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2+ years PQE.
• Proven experience in business partnering within a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
• Commercially astute, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
