International retail business based in Central London is currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This role will be working closely with the Marketing team to support financial analysis & reporting, ROI analysis and monthly reporting needs. This includes monthly tracking of all marketing expenditure; insight against budget and forecast; tracking of performance of marketing activity to identify opportunities for optimisation; annual ROI analysis on overall marketing investment as well as specific individual initiatives; ad-hoc reporting and special projects as requested.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous commercial experience within consumer businesses. Furthermore, previous experience of partnering with a marketing team would be highly advantageous (but not essential). Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working with multiple senior stakeholders across the business (corporate or operations).
