Role - Finance Analys/ FinanceBusiness Partner l Location - Newcastle-Under-Lyme l Salary - £40k - £45k l Office Based


Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing services organisation in their search for a strong, commercial Finance Business Partner to work out of their offices based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.


The successful candidate will need to be have demonstratable experience of working within a commercially focused role. The capability to build strong working relationships throughout a business is crucial with the abilitiy to challenge non finance stakeholders at different levels.

A high level of Excel proficiency is required and any exposure to SAP would be preferable although not essential.

Key duties for the role will involve the following:

• Responsibility of Business Partnering with 2 sites
• Complete financial analysis and modelling to track performance against budget.
• Identify and measure key success drivers.
• Responsible for producing the regional weekly & monthly P&L, providing supporting commentary for key variances.
• Drive improvements in Finance reporting through improved utilisation of SAP and other systems/tools
• To support the Finance Business Partner in the preparation of the annual Budget, through the provision of data and insights.

Salary for the role is anywhere between £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus + benefits
