The role
The Finance Business Partner will provide financial support to the organisation to deliver their objectives. This role will work directly with the business to develop challenging plans and drive through efficiencies.
Who we're looking for
You will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience and be able to explain relationships and develop models that demonstrate the link between performance and financial results to support the organisation implement continuous improvements to enhance service delivery.
Alongside this you will have experience in the following areas
- Costing background (important)
- Budget & Forecasting
- Developing financial plans with the organisation.
- Costing or modelling and solid excel skills.
- Supporting the delivery of change within an organisation.
- Influencing the business to make commercially sound decisions
- Ability to build and establish robust stakeholder relationships.
Benefits
This role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year. Keen to support flexible working as best they can.
