Outstanding opportunity for a commercially savvy Business Partner to join a high performing team in central Reading. This local powerhouse is arguably one for the best employers in Berkshire, with state of the art offices and incredible career development opportunities for those who want to make their mark. Working in a team of 4, you will be focused on the Technology side of Finance, providing strategic support, governance and business analysis around this considerable cost centre.
You will be heavily involved in:
- Scrutinising the Business Cases, to ensure solid ROI on Investment Decisions.
- Drive a Performance Improvement agenda throughout the Technology business.
- Project funding and cost management (c£70m)
- Support strategy with analysis into 5 year plan.
- Post Investment appraisal, ensuring considerable ROI
This role would suit someone who is fully qualified (ACA/ACMA equivalent) with previous experience of supporting a Corporate Function (such as IT, Property, HR etc) with a good handle on cost management. You will be personable, confident and comfortable with translating quantitative information into qualitative reports - challenging where necessary.
This is an urgent hire, with interviews starting w/c 20th August - so do not delay as we expect a positive reaction from the market, given the client, location and rewards on offer.
