This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant with a highly analytical mind-set to play a pivotal role in the rapid growth by providing first class financial support to essential business units and manufacturing sites. As a business partner in this international manufacturing company you can rest assured that your career will be in safe hands as they have an exceptional reputation for internal development coupled with ambitious plans for organic growth in the role.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering and engaging with Business Leaders to understand drivers of their P&L
  • Analysing and reviewing the Divisions cost base on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Take ownership of divisional projects by being the finance expert
  • Provide direction and recommendations for future strategy through best in class analysis and reporting
  • Drive process improvement and technology changes across the business
  • Assist in month end close

The ideal candidate will have gained experience/knowledge of the following:

  • Degree level or equivalent in a numerical subject.
  • A fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
  • Exposure to a manufacturing and good understanding of product costing techniques is advantageous
  • Experience of SAP & Intermediate level of Excel is a MUST
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to partner senior stakeholders
