The main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering and engaging with Business Leaders to understand drivers of their P&L
- Analysing and reviewing the Divisions cost base on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Take ownership of divisional projects by being the finance expert
- Provide direction and recommendations for future strategy through best in class analysis and reporting
- Drive process improvement and technology changes across the business
- Assist in month end close
The ideal candidate will have gained experience/knowledge of the following:
- Degree level or equivalent in a numerical subject.
- A fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
- Exposure to a manufacturing and good understanding of product costing techniques is advantageous
- Experience of SAP & Intermediate level of Excel is a MUST
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to partner senior stakeholders
