A hospitality and entertainment brand is currently looking for a Finance Director to join their team in London (Hybrid). The business has gone from strength to strength with year on year growth and exciting expansion plans which this role will be crucial to. Working closely with the senior leadership team you will support them through their next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing leadership and strategy in line with growth plans and business objectives
  • Partnering with the wider senior leadership team to drive commercial decision making, profitability and business performance
  • Overseeing and leading in all aspects of finance including the day-to-day running of finance and ensuring a strong control environment fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identifying trends within the industry and understanding changing consumer behaviour to advise on recommendations through analysis
  • Evaluating new business cases and project proposals through scenario planning and analysis
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes with supporting analysis and overseeing the preparation of monthly reporting
  • Lead and develop a small team
  • Establish key relationships both internally and externally with a range of stakeholders

The successful Finance Director will be ACA/CIMA qualified (equivalent) with proven experience leading teams and driving commercial strategy. Previous exposure within a growing Hospitality and Entertainment brand will be highly advantageous. You will be an analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and clear ability develop relationships.
