Really excited to be supporting a retail business in Leeds on their search for a recent graduate who is an inspiring accountant.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations,
• Processing purchase invoices, including appropriate checks and reconciliations
• Cash reconciliations
• Assisting with supplier payments
• Review & analysis of venue timesheets to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assisting with payroll and payroll related tasks
• Assisting with weekly financial reporting & analysis
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system,
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting,
• Continuous support of Finance team members, processes, and procedures.

Skills and experience:

• Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or Part/Fully Qualified AAT or finance graduate with some relevant experience.
• Possess the ambition to progress your career in accountancy further.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Competent Excel skills including formulas
