Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for an instantly recognisable international organisation in their search for a Finance Manager to work out of their North Manchester based office.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified ideally with a strong academic background. Previous experience of management accounts and budgeting and forecasting is absolutely essential. Advanced Excel skills are required and any exposure to either Oracle or Cognos would be a distinct advantage. The ability to partner and challenge key stakeholders will be critical and you will need to present findings when required. Key duties for the Commercial Finance Manager role will involve the following:
- Production of monthly P & Ls
- Variance analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Production and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Support on cost reviews with budget holders
- Explain financial performance to key stakeholders
- Manage and development of a team
Salary for the role is up to £78,000 + benefits
