Marks Sattin are sourcing for an upcoming, bright individual to work as a Finance Manager for a growing PLC organisation.

Having a heavy input in the company's recent acquisition, you will be required to help integrate the acquired business to coincide with their standard practices. As mentioned, the organisation is growing so future acquisitions you will be thrown into the deep end when it comes financial modelling, M&A and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Future acquisitions accounting; valuations, processes
• Business partnering with the other entities to create efficiencies
• Management accounts production
• Reconciliations; intercompany, balance sheet, currency
• Tax returns

Skills

• Strong commercial accounting acumen
• Sage systems knowledge
• Communication skills to business partner with non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications (Both essential)

• Qualified Accountant
• 2.1 Degree
