This fast growing, PE backed, Engineering business is now looking to add a key senior Finance Manager to their Darlington site.

As Finance Manager, you will support the Managing Director and senior managment by challenging and driving process changes and financial decisions across all levels. Additional responsibilities include:

- The management and development of 1 part qualified Assistant Accountant.

- Preparation of all internal reporting within the business unit & to group, including month end reporting.

- Financial control of the business unit's balance sheets. Including debtors, creditors, invoicing & accruals & prepayments.

- Lead the CAPEX process within the business.

- Own a network of depots & develop key relationships with the senior leaders of that network

To be considered for the opportunity you must be a fully qualifed Accountant with a background advising at a senior level. Experience working across a number of sites would be a great advantage, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
