An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing construction company as a finance manager in East Leeds!

Due to an internal promotion this role has become vacant, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller.

Duties will include:

• Preparation and posting of journals, accruals and prepayments for the production of management accounts
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Production of budgets, forecasts and weekly cashflows
• Take the lead on analysis of monthly numbers and present findings to board
• Management of end to end audit process
• Take the lead of payment of payroll, VAT and HMRC process
• Reviewing of payment runs
• Coach and mentor a junior member of staff

This business is open to first or second time movers from practice, or an industry accountant
