A privately owned business is looking for a Finance Manager. This is a newly created role reporting into the Group CFO. The role will be responsible for accounting for new acquisitions and assisting with a new accounting software implementation.

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Maintain the budget and forecast financial model for the business.
• Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Oversight P&L, balance sheet and cash flow trends.
• Impairment reviews under IFRS.
• Delivering the statutory accounts.
• Design and building a new platform, dashboards and scenario forecasting.
• Consolidating the financial statements.

The ideal Finance Manager will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with relevant systems implementation experience. Consolidations in a multicurrency environment is essential.
