A Property Management and Lettings Agency is looking for a Finance Manager.

Role and responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk
• Post all incoming rent/other payments in Xero on a daily basis
• Post all incoming rent payments on Residential Tenant Database on a daily basis
• Working with external Accountants to prepare and file Statutory Accounts and related Tax Returns
• Weekly Debtors and Creditors list
• Check Credit Card reconciliations prepared by Purchase Ledger
• Monthly Bank Reconciliations
• Monthly Client Reports, Operating reports and Intercompany Expenses reports
• Cash Flow Reports
• Process Payroll
• Rent Variance Analysis and Cost of Sales Analysis
• Provide cover for Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk in case of absence

This is a great opportunity for a Finance professional to own the Finance process, with one direct report. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Property or Real Estate and ideally have experience using Xero.
