Finance Manager (Qualified) - Thatcham (hybrid) - £65,000 to £70,000

A growing, PE backed Manufacturing company based in Thatcham are seeking an ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified Finance Manager to report into the Head of Finance.

You'll be completing the monthly group management accounts, including variance analysis, managing the month-end process, understanding financial variances, and looking to improve and enhance reporting processes.

A bit more about the role....

• Work alongside the Business Partners to analyse P&L variances, cash flow, internal KPIs, and external competitor benchmarks on a monthly basis.
• Use Power BI to drive improvements in the management accounts reporting.
• Investigate and resolve inaccuracies in financial results.
• Liaise closely with the FP&A team and business partners to drive collaboration between reporting and commercial teams.

A bit about what you'll need to be considered for the role....

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified.
• Ability to compile Board level reporting packs.
• Experience working in Management Accounts.
• Experience working in a multi entity company.
• Experience in Forecast modelling.
