Our client, a growing manufacturing business located within easy reach of the M62/M6 are currently searching for an new Finance Manager to join their team.

This is a varied role where you would not only be fully responsible for the production of management accounts for the site, but business partnering with non financial managers to analyse performance, ensure budgets are set and adhered to and work very closely with Board Directors to aid in strategic decision making to steer the overall business. Although stand alone to begin with, you will be tasked with recruiting and managing a couple of direct reports so the ability to lead and motivate a small team would be desirable.

The ideal candidate will be Newly Qualified (or equivalent) and possess a solid background in financial analysis and advanced Excel. Preferably you would also have previous experience in manufacturing, or related sectors (to include retail or logistics). Stock experience would also be especially useful.
