Start your job searchA large and rapidly growing UK retailer, with stores UK wide and International, is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator.
Role and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for day-to day management, administration and maintenance of all Finance systems
- Play a key role in optimising Finance systems usage
- Provide first line support to Finance systems users and be the primary contact for query resolution
- Deliver training to Finance and business new starters and existing team members
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other financial systems
- Support the development of testing plans to ensure routine upgrades are thoroughly tested
- Provide hands on support for upgrade testing across the Finance teams
- Maintain all Finance systems policies and procedures documentation
- Collaborate to identify and document the process and system improvements that will drive greater efficiency and financial control
- Build an effective relationship with Finance system vendors and provide key support to the Senior Finance Systems Manager and Head of Financial Control
- Work with IT development to support business as usual improvements
This is a great opportunity for a super user in NetSuite, specifically relating to finance, to join a rapidly growing company where you can really progress your career. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience minimum in managing and optimizing NetSuite as an end user.
