Financial Accountant job in Bradford, West Yorkshire | Marks Sattin Specialist Recruitment

I am delighted to be searching for a Financial Accountant to join a global, multi-national business!

About the Role

Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements for FRS 101/102 and IFRS
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects as required

The ideal candidate

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, laws, and best practices
If you have Oracle experience, great, but not necessary
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment
