About the role
* Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
* Analysing financial data and assisting in month end process.
* Coordinating with the internal audit team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
* Working with the accounting team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
* Providing insightful information and expectations to company managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
* Reviewing financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data.
* Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

About you

A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant is necessary (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Experience in industrial / manufacturing is ideal but not essential
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP (but not essential)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness
