The Accountant will support a growing team to provide full service to their portfolio of Private Equity/Real Estate clients. Excellent salary & benefits with great opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day fund and financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of management accounts and financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Group reporting for a portfolio of assets
- Working closely with Real Estate Valuations teams
- Preparing accounting files for review
- Support audit process
Requirements:
- Hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA etc.) or in process of completing it.
- Experience of accounting for Private Equity/Real Estate
- Working knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
