Financial Accountant role - Real Estate

A growing but established property group with a broad portfolio are looking to expand their finance team with a newly-created Financial Reporting Accountant role.

Duties

This role has great exposure to the business and senior personnel as well as offering routes for progression.

Role

• Liaising with internal stakeholders in the UK and international entities to gather relevant information
• Preparation of year-end statutory accounts
• Assisting with group consolidation at year end
• Liaising with external auditors and answering queries
• Working closely with management reporting and investment teams to provide relevant information to help decision making

Benefits

£50,000 + bonus + healthcare (other benefit details available on request)
