Start your job searchKey Responsibilities:
- Key Finance Business Partner for Senior Functional Leaders, building an understanding of the business to provide value added support
- Prepare Functional Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts together with Business Partners
- Provide insights into actual results and business performance
- Collaborate with Functional Teams to identifying opportunities for savings to reinvest in priority Projects
- Provision of Ad-hoc Reporting & Analytics requirements to the Corporate team
- Liaise with the Shared Service Finance Team to ensure compliant and accurate quarterly closing
- Support deployment of the new Finance model within other EMEA countries and business divisions
- Actively participate and contribute to Process Improvement Projects
- Opportunity for international travel to connect with Functional Leads
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree qualification or relevant Financial qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- 2+ years of relevant finance experience
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong communication skills and customer Focus
- Challenge status quo and a continuous improvement mindset
- Agility to manage multiple priorities, working to tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross functional environment across all layers of the business
- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate honesty and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility
