Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a cash rich, acquisitive organisation in their search for a Financial Analyst to work out of their Manchester city centre office on a hybrid model.
The successful candidate will ideally be CIMA/ACCA or ACA qualified although consideration will be given to outstanding candidates who are close to completing their exams. An ability to interpret large volumes of data and deliver impactful insights is essential. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and the Financial Analyst will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. Any exposure to working within a regulated environment would be highly beneficial. Key duties for the Financial Analyst role will include:
- Responsibility for regulatory pricing analysis
- Scenario modelling
- Build a knowledge of the regulatory framework becoming an expert for the wider business
- Financial modelling
- Revenue and performance analysis
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Ad-hoc analysis
Salary for the role is up to £55,000 + excellent benefits package
