Role - Group Financial Controller Location - Chester Salary - Between £63,000 and £70,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a hospitality business in their search for a Group Financial Controller to work out of their Chester office with occasional travel to other North West sites.

The Group Financial Controller will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified ideally with a hospitality background or at least exposure to working within a multi-site environment. Advanced Excel skills are essential and the successful candidate will need to build strong working relationships with senior management throughout the organisation. Excellent staff management skills are crucial as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties for the Group Financial Controller role will involve:

• Responsible for month-end close
• Cashflow analysis
• Consolidation of accounts
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting
• Statutory accounts production
• Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
• Management of the finance team

Salary for the role is anywhere between £63,000 and £70,000
