One of Oxford's most well know institutions are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager with a difference. Without requirement for professional qualifications, this company value experience most of all and whilst company fit is definitely important, finance personnel from all academic / professional backgrounds will be considered.

This small function with a finance team of 6 people including the Finance Director are a lean and family feeling office with flexibility at the heart of it. They have been growing recently and in order to harness and continue that success more management information alongside an attentive eye for detail in the day to day accounting is needed.

This Finance Manager role would fit someone with an SME Financial Management / Controllership background AAT or degree educated, perhaps an ACCA/CIMA stopped studier or someone who was qualified by experience and was a tried and tested SME accountant with the scars to prove it.

On offer is a salary of £35,000 per year, a flexible working atmosphere with a lovely director, a hardworking team who work well together and family feel that percolates through everything they do. If you are a finance professional looking for something new and workplace harmony, flexibility and ownership are high on the agenda, then look no further.
