Financial Controller required by my client who are a rapidly expanding business in Lancashire

You will be fully Qualified ACA with solid post qualification experience in a wide ranging role. This position offers a blend of standard accounting duties coupled with stakeholder partnering.

You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure all budgeting, planning and reporting is delivered accurately and in line with the agreed reporting cycle

This role requires strong technical ability coupled with first class communication skills as you will be working closely with the board and other senior stakeholders. An ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen is critical

You will have sound technical knowledge as you will produce statutory accounts for the multiple business units. Involvement in all Tax and VAT matters along with being the main contact for internal and external audit matters.

In addition, standardisation and improvement in reporting processes are also a key element to this position.
