Excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you can lead a busy finance function in the property sector.
Company
A property group with holdings across EMEA looking for a strong manager to lead a large team as well as make improvements to finance function and board reports.
Duties:
- Manage the day to day finance function including a large team (some direct and some indirect staff members) - developing their skillset and carrying out appraisals alongside delegating tasks
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and management reporting process for group entities
- Develop and improve board reporting for best commercial information
- Review, change and improve internal processes and controls
- Manage external audit process
- Act as main point of contact within finance
- Project work including assisting with systems implementation from the beginning
