A growing but established property group with a broad portfolio are looking to expand their finance team with a newly-created Financial Reporting Accountant role. This role has great exposure to the business and senior personnel as well as offering routes for progression.
Role
- Responsibility for group consolidation as well as preparation of financial statements for a number of the entities
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Review, document and make improvements to systems and controls
- Liaise closely with auditors and provide information as required
- Liaise with other internal teams including management accounts and tax to assist with additional financial reporting to drive the business
- Act as subject matter expert within the business and answer ad hoc queries, particularly in relation to m&a work
Benefits
£70,000 + bonus + healthcare (other benefit details available on request)
