• Use OTBI and BI Publisher to assist the larger financial team with report writing.
• Make sure that faults are fixed and that inbound and outgoing interfaces are tracked.
• To achieve the department's goal of continual business improvement, assess and create new methods of operation and modifications to business processes.
• Contribute to the creation of new interfaces to increase productivity.
• To guarantee that every system is used to its fullest potential, give the finance staff first-line system support and training.
• Make sure co-workers have the proper access to all systems.
• Verify the accuracy of all master data.
• jointly in charge of prioritising and guaranteeing a prompt response of any general system enquiries made by the larger finance team.
• Make sure the system setup is tailored to the operational business processes.
• Accountability of management.
• Experience in using Oracle.
