This is an exceptional new role for a proven FP&A Manager who is used to working in a high growth FMCG organisation.
Working as part of a high performing team which is focused on maximising business performance, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of FP&A and will be key in devising analytical processes for supporting this multi-million, ever-expanding organisation.
Working in partnership with the demand and planning team, you'll be at the forefront of providing support every step of the way for product dissemination, NPD and delivery. You will have a real flair for financial modelling, and will be key the profision of financial information and analysis in relation to customer behaviour and trends in buying and performance.
You will also be proven in providing the most efficient and accurate of forecasting, and will be at the helm in terms of driving new tools for this. Working in close conjuction with the Head of Finance, you will be key in ensuring that all trading, sales and margin MI is collated daily, monthly and weekly for use at Board level.
This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, and who wants to have a 'voice' in taking a business to the next level. You'll be a great communicator, and won't be afraid of challenging the status quo and making recommendations to the Board as this business continues to grow and diversify. Effective leadership will be key, as well as the ability to make decisions in an adapable manner, in an economy which is going through a huge period of change.
