Start your job searchA leading private equity investment manager is looking for a recently qualified ACA to join their fund finance team.
The firm is a fantastic business; renowned for their entrepreneurial approach to investing - in SMEs, infrastructure and mid-market PE. Based in London with amazing office views; they are looking for an ambitious bright individual to join their small high-performing finance team. Culture-wise; they are very collegiate environment and are looking to hire friendly intelligent characters.
Your role will encompass exposure to the entirety of the business and will involve control the finance of the fund. Specific duties include:
- Financial reporting and timely management
- Ownership of the annual audit process
- Management Fee Calculation reviews
- Implementation of the new IT system
- Review of Data for Investor Relations and Sales Queries
- Assisting in inheritance tax scheme projects
- Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required
The ideal candidate is ACA qualified accountant from a mid-tier practice who has a good academics and has an interest in private equity and investment management.
The salary on offer is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package including a discretionary bonus.
