A pan European real estate investment fund has an exciting opportunity for an experienced fund controller to join on a contract basis starting December.

This fast growing property investment fund is seeking a bright and competent real estate fund accountant/controller on a temporary basis. The key responsibilities will be:

- preparation & review of capital calls and distribution notices to investors

- preparation of investor reporting

- supporting real estate deals and asset management team from a finance perspective

- review of yearend financial reporting for the fund

To be considered for this opportunity you must be:

- A qualified accountant (ACA qualified in audit practice is prefered by client)

- Experienced in "Real Estate Fund Accounting"

- An excellent communicator

Duration: initially 8 months

Fixed Term Contract (FTC) - £65k-80k + Bens
