Group Accounting Manager - Theale, Reading (2 days in office) - Salary to £80,000 plus 10% bonus, 7.5% pension and private medical care, plus more!

A great opportunity to join a £300million turnover FMCG SME as their Group Technical Accounting Manager, looking after a small team of two you will be charged with full reporting of the Consolidated Accounts, looking after internal and external Audit, production of the statutory accounts, also you will be hands on looking at cash flow and consolidated VAT - As you move through this year you will also be heading up a project to replace their current reporting system (Cognos).

Skills and expertise include

• Fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong Knowledge and confident in production of Statutory Accounts
• Strong Knowledge and confident in production of Consolidated Accounts
• Proven abilty to lead a team
• The ability to question "why" things are done in a certain way with a view to constantly be improving processes
• Partner with all departments advising on complex accounting scenarios
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
