This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation at an exciting stage of its development, taking ownership of group financial reporting, strengthening financial controls and supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the group month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial results.

- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve financial understanding, profitability and accountability.
- Developing and supporting the wider finance team, promoting a high-performance and commercially focused culture.

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
You will ideally have:
- ACA qualification
- Significant experience in a senior financial control or group finance role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience of group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Experience working within a multi-entity or complex group environment.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving processes, systems and financial controls.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
- The ability to operate effectively in a growth-focused environment, ideally with exposure to a private equity-backed business.
