Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a PE Backed SaaS business to find a Group Financial Controller who will act as a key figure in the success of the business. The company has offices in the UK and is aiming to grow and develop greatly over the coming period.

The Group Financial Controller will assist this goal, through decisive action and analytical review of the finance function and be responsible for ongoing reporting, monitoring, compliance, and consolidations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join company who will further see you as a leader, working alongside with the senior management team and Private Equity Firm to build a best-in-class finance function to support the continued growth efforts.

This role will be offered with a remote/hybrid working model.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
• Previous experience of working in a PE Backed business within Tech Enabled, Software, SaaS and or related sectors; as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, Head of Finance with hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Helping inform strategic decisions with robust financial models and owning and redesigning forward looking models and cash flow forecasting
• Partnering with the senior management team to define KPIs and goals, and drive improvements in reporting
• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic & evolving environment.
