Responsibilities:
- In this stand-alone role. reporting directly to the MD for Business Performance, the candidate will be required to act as an SME to optimize and drive capital and Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) management globally.
- Business Partner with senior stakeholders globally, to optimize capital allocation and improve returns.
- Develop Segmented RWA reporting to increase transparency on capital usage and business performance.
- Liase with Risk, Capital and Regulatory Reporting teams to enhance data management and accuracy, and ensure models are consistently applied.
- Review and propose potential model enhancements to the Retail Credit Risk function.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of RWA's. Their management, and their measurement.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the external regulatory enviroment and capital management.
- Ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders globally and locally across all teams.
-Minumum 5 years experience
- Ideally a qualified accountant, but not a must.
