Role - Head of Finance Location - Holmes Chapel Salary - Between £70,000 and £80,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a global manufacturing organisation in their search for a Head of Finance to work out of their office based just outside Holmes Chapel.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong academic background. Strong technical accounting skills are absolutely essential and any experience of working within manufacturing would be a distinct advantage although not critical. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and this role will involve building external and internal relationships so strong business partnering skills are also crucial. Excellent staff management skills are a must as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties for the Head of Finance role will involve:

• Responsibility for month end and year end accounting practices
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow analysis
• Consolidation of group accounts
• Creation of reports analysing productivity, costs, sales etc.
• KPI analysis
• Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
• Management of small finance team
• Project work

Salary for the role is anywhere between £70,000 and £80,000 + benefits.
