Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing property business in their search for a Head of Finance to work out of their office based in Manchester city centre on a hybrid working model.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong academic background. Strong technical accounting skills are absolutely essential and any experience of working within property would be a distinct advantage although not critical. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and this role will involve building external and internal relationships so strong business partnering skills are also crucial. Excellent staff management skills are a must as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties for the Head of Finance role will involve:
- Provision of financial reporting
- Overseeing all financial operations
- Lead on financial, planning and analysis
- Oversee transactional reporting and the wider team
- Business partner with the senior leadership team
- KPI analysis
- Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
- Management of sizeable finance team
- Project work
Salary for the role is anywhere between £65,000 and £75,000 + benefits.
