Innovative IT companyrequires an exceptional Finance Manager to help navigate the next chapter of their exciting business journey. Offering a product that is always in need, even during these testing times, this company is experiencing a growth phase. They have identified the need for a proven financial steward that can lead from the front and provide strategic and commercial advice.
Reporting to the CEO you will lead a team of 3 in the Finance team, including an Management Accountant, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable / Invoicing. You will be proven in the areas of cash and stock management. An astute financial manager you will have demonstrated financial and management accounting skills and strong commercial acumen as you will be responsible for all reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financing and keeping a clean set of accounts.
You will be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified and experienced in a leadership role previously. You will have strong systems skills, including Excel, and if you have experience with a large accounting software it would be highly regarded. You will be a self-started and enjoy working in a face paced environment. Your communication skills will be first class as you will be constantly in communication with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders.
